The CONSENTIS Project as represented at the CPDP 2025 Conference, on 21–23 May 2025, through the panel “The Law Enforcement Directive: A Closer Look at the Current State of GDPR’s Counterpart.” The session was brought together experts to discuss the current implementation, challenges and future perspectives of the Law Enforcement Directive, highlighting its role alongside the GDPR. The panel is offering valuable insights into data protection in law enforcement contexts and contributing to the broader dialogue on privacy, security and fundamental rights in Europe.
