The CONSENTIS Project as represented at the CPDP 2026 Conference, on 21–23 May 2026, through the panel “The Law Enforcement Directive: A Closer Look at the Current State of GDPR’s Counterpart.” The session will bring together experts to discuss the current implementation, challenges and future perspectives of the Law Enforcement Directive, highlighting its role alongside the GDPR.
