On September 10, the CONSENTIS project was presented on informed consent in AI-supported healthcare at the European Association of Health Law Conference.
The session explored how the use of AI in clinical decision-making challenges traditional understandings of informed consent, particularly when AI systems are difficult to explain or interpret.
