The CONSENTIS Project as represented in the CPDP 2025 Conference with the workshop “The AI Race in the Metaverse” on 22 May 2025. Organized by the MetaverseUA Chair, the session was brought together leading experts to explore how artificial intelligence will shape virtual worlds and the regulatory challenges these poses, including ethical, legal and data protection implications for AI-generated content and automated decision-making in the Metaverse. The discussion will contribute to critical insights on aligning emerging metaverse technologies with EU policy frameworks and digital rights.
