CONSENTIS at the 3rd International Conference on the European Health Data Space
The CONSENTIS project was represented at the 3rd International Conference on the European Health Data Space: Secondary Use of Data and Data Subject Rights, held online on 24 March 2026. Giovana Peluso Lopes presented research on the secondary use of health data for training Generative AI models, focusing on associated risks and the interplay between the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the AI Act, particularly regarding data quality requirements. The presentation, based on work carried out within CONSENTIS, contributed to ongoing discussions on the evolving EU regulatory framework for health data sharing and trustworthy AI.
